J2A Cultural Arts Street Festival 2024 Vendor Sign Up!

Thank you for your interest in being a vendor for Journey to Africa’s Cultural Arts Festival 2024! Journey To Africa’s Cultural Cultural Arts Street Festival is a celebration of African Influences on the Culture! We hope this festival will grow to be one of the largest festivals in Alabama! The day will be full of 50+ local vendors, food trucks, live entertainment, and much more. We anticipate 800-1000 participants based on last year’s participants. The festival will take place at Cahaba Brewing Company in Avondale on July 13th from 12:00am-5:00pm , 4500 5th Ave S. Building C, Birmingham, AL 35222

  •  Vendors MUST set up in their numbered space! Any vendor setting up in another vendor’s assigned space will be removed to make space for the vendor who has been pre-registered and assigned that location.
  • Set up will ONLY be Saturday morning between 8:00 am and 11:30 pm. NO Friday load in. Plan to arrive early.
  •  Vendors must bring their own tent. Size is a 10 x 10ft space. (If larger space is needed, please email us prior to registration at info@dancelevels.org)
  • The festival will NOT provide electricity. 
  • The festival hours are 12 p.m. – 5:00p.m., rain or shine! No refunds
  • We can only accept a limited number of food trucks! 
  • Vendor Fee is $60. (Registration is not complete until payment is received.) Businesses license is not required for non-food vendors as this is purchased by the festival. 4%  of earnings must be collected from each vendor for tax purposes at the end of the festival and paid to the City of Birmingham.
  • Performers looking to Perform: (Please email us at info@dancelevels.org), There is no fee!

We are looking for unique creatives/local vendors/businesses to make the Festival successful. If you are a solicitor, network, marketing individuals, politicians, please consider signing up for a sponsor space. You must sell something to be a vendor.
